SORU : Mil gücü ile sürtünme kayıpları arasındaki davranışları,deney sonuçlarını da göz önünde tutarak değerlendirin.

CEVAP : Devir sayısı arttıkça,Sürtünme kayıpları artmaktadır. Mil gücünde de devire bağlı olarak artma görünmektedir. Bu mil gücünün hesaplanması için kullanılan formülde kanıtlanmaktadır. Sürtünme kaybı arttıkça mil gücüde artmakta,sürtünme kaybı azaldıkça mil gücü de düşmektedir.

SORU : Dinamometrenin işlevini anlatın.

CEVAP : Motorlarda güç ölçümleri Dinamometre yardımıyla yapılmaktadır. Dinamometrelerin değişik tipleri bulunmasına rağmen çalışma prensipleri aynıdır. Genel olarak 2 kısımdan oluşur. Birincisi test edilecek motorun bağlandığı rotor kısmı,ikincisi ise elektrikli,manyetik,hidrolik olarak veya sürtünme vasıtasıyla rotora bağlı olan stator kısmıdır. Dinamometre motoru yüklerken rotor 2?r kadar yol alır,dolayısıyla rotora bağlı olan krank da F kuvvetini yenebilmek için bu kadar yol alır. Dinamometre dışında oluşan moment ,dönme momentiyle dengelenmiştir. Bu denge hallerinden yararlanılarak motorun gücü belirlenir. Sonuç olarak Dinamometre motorun gücünü belirlemekte kullanılır.

SORU : Deneylerde elde edilen güç davranışları beklenen davranışlar mıdır? Beklenen davranışlar değilse,farklılığın nedenleri neler olabilir?

CEVAP : Evet beklenen davranışlardır. Normalde devir sayısı azalırken motor gücü azalmalı,devir sayısı artarken motor gücü artmalıdır. Fakat yaptığımız deneyde devir sayısı azalırken motor gücünde artışlar görülmektedir,örneğin 40 devir/s de motor gücü BP= 0.100 dür. Motor devrini 36 devir/s ye ye düşürdüğümüzde BP?nin 0.100?den küçük bir değer alması gerekirken 0.633 gibi daha büyük bir değer almıştır. Bu da muhtemelen motor düzeneğindeki idealden uzak şartlarda bulunmasından kaynaklanmaktadır. Motorun eski olması,sürtünme kayıplarının fazlalığı...vs.

SORU : Deney düzeneğinde bulunan dirençlerin kullanılma amacı ne olabilir?Bu amaçla başka sistemler kullanılabilir mi?

CEVAP : Deney düzeneğinde kullanılan dirençler motordaki enerjinin ısı enerjisi olarak dışarıya atılmasını sağlamaktadır. Bu yolla motorun ısınması engellenir.

SORU :Motor gücünün,motor hızı ile değişimini yorumlayın.

CEVAP : Normal şartlarda devir sayısı azaldıkça harcanan yakıt miktarının da azalması gerekmektedir. Ancak yaptığımız deneyde beklenilen durumdan farklı bir hal le karşılaşmaktayız. Deneyde devir sayısı 40 iken 2 cm3 mazot 18.24 saniyede tüketilmektedir,fakat devir sayısını 36 ya düşürdüğümüzde aynı miktar yakıt 9.22 s de tüketilmektedir ki bu da normalde beklenen durum değildir. Fakat motorun eski olması ve düzeneğin tam olarak işlememesi böyle bir sonuca varmamızı sağlar.



SORU : Mil gücü ve mil ısıl verimi arasındaki davranışı açıklayın ?

CEVAP : Günümüz motorlarında elde edilen güç şu türlerde incelenir; maksimum güç, ekonomik güç, indike güç, fren gücü, mil (mekanik) gücü, özgül güç. Bunlardan mekanik verime ilişkin kayıpları içeren güce mil (mekanik) gücü adı verilir. Mil gücü kolayca anlaşılacağı gibi indike güç ile fren gücü arasındaki farka eşittir.
BP = IP - FP
Mil ısıl verimi ise mil gücünün yakıtın ısı enerjisine oranıdır.

Mil gücü ile mil ısıl verimi arasındaki davranış bu ifadelerden de görüleceği gibi mil gücü (BP) arttıkça mil ısıl verimi artar. Yani mil gücü ve mil ısıl verimi doğru orantılıdır.

SORU : Yakıt tüketiminin ısıl verimine etkisi nasıl değişmektedir ?

CEVAP : Isıl verim başka bir ifade ile şöyle hesaplanabilir;

Bu ifadedeki Fi özgül yakıt tüketimi olup birimi dır. Yakıt tüketimi arttıkça bu ifadeden de görüldüğü gibi motorun ısıl verimi azalmaktadır.

SORU : Mekanik verimin motor hızıyla değişimi nasıl olmaktadır ?

CEVAP : Mekanik verimi ?m (%) = ( BP / IP) * 100 ifadesi ile belirlemiş ve hesaplamıştık.
Burada mil gücü ;BP = = ile fren gücü FP = = ve indike güç IP= BP + FP ile belirtilmişti.

Tüm bunları gözönüne alırsak;

olur. N motor hızı olduğuna göre motor hızı arttıkça ?m azalır diyebiliriz.
